Tasting Notes :
Color: pale straw to yellow-green in color with brilliant appearance
Nose: intense with citrusy notes, particularly lemon, as well as green apple and some tropical fruit hints and mineral notes.
Mouth: a good balance of acidity and alcohol. The palate reveals flavors of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, contributing to a zesty profile. Mineral quality and a rich and textured mouthfeel.
The finish of Assyrtiko wines is persistent and can leave a lingering impression of minerality and citrus zest.
